Show love for your community heart at Cityfest! Come visit the Heart and Stroke Foundation, a volunteer-based health charity that leads in eliminating heart disease and stroke. Together we can promote healthy living and community awareness. Find out about Big Bike, become a Heart and Stroke volunteer, donate, fundraise, or make an impact by joining the conversation and staying informed with healthy living tips. You can even make a difference by purchasing a ticket for $5 for the Bay on Queen, Hudson Bay Giving Day in September, or learn about other ways to be involved in your community and be heart healthy.
